POLICIES

We require a deposit of 50 % of the service cost to ensure your appointment. Without a deposit or a valid credit card on file, your appointment will not be booked. Clients have 24 h to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 

If an appointment is cancelled within 24 h prior to service, 50 % of the service will be charged to the credit card on file. Reschedules are allowed up to 1 time within 24h. 

No shows will result in 100% service charge. 

PLEASE NOTE : If client cancels within LESS THAN 1hour to their appointments start time (or doesn’t show), the appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW and 100% of services cost will be charged.

No friends, guests or children at appointment as this is a spa like setup.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

For existing clients please note, to be considered a fill your lashes have to remain 40% lashes retention otherwise please book a full set.

If you are a new client and have existing Eyelash extensions please book an outside Fill / new client existing lashes. 

Please note that we can ONLY do Fill ins on Eyelash extensions that allow us to continue the work ( up to our standard) otherwise a removal and a full set is required. Existing lashes have to be in tact and at least 40% remaining coverage.

Please arrive to your appointment with clean lashes. Free from mascara, eyeliner or any eyeshadow residue. It will interfier with the application and the bond with the extensions and reduce the quality of our service. Please note that our fill in sessions are booked time to do lash application and lashes with residue will take away time for lashing. ( because we will have to clean them!)

NO using of cell phones or multitasking during appointments.

We are big on lash health and top quality service which requires for our clients to work with us and do the proper aftercare. CLEAN lashes ( keeping them clean) are a must not only because of health reasons but also for perfect retention. Proper Aftercare is a must and will be consulted with every client.

DUE TO THE CUSTOM NATURE OF OUR WORK WE HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY.
