Eyelash extensions are semi- permanent synthetic eyelash fibers that are applied to every single natural eyelash to create a fuller, longer or bolder look. Eyelash extensions are customizable to create individual sets. They come in different lengths, thickness and colors. Safely applied (by licensed professional only) about 0.05-1mm from the eyelid. Never ever touching the skin they feel light as natural as your own.

When properly applied by a licensed professional, your natural lashes will have no damage. The natural lash will grow with the extension, shed and then grow back out as they normally would without extensions. Lashes go thru a growth cycle that has them shed and grew new hairs over and over again. Therefore it is important to trust the artist as consulting the right set to not overweight or stress the hair follicle to avoid damage.

Classic technique (1:1)

One single Extension is applied on every natural lash creating more subtle, defined look. We recommend this Set for medium to full natural lashes or simply if the “mascara” look is desired. With this set we can only go as full as the natural lash. ( ex. 80 natural lashes à 80 Eyelash extension applied).

Volume technique (2-6 lightweight lashes)

Multiple lightweight Extension are applied on every single natural lash. Russian volume allows us to create looks from light , medium to fuller or bolder.

This technique allows to add more density to the lash line, gives the soft so-called fluffy look and lets us do minor corrections if there are gaps in the lash line.

Russian Volume is suitable for all natural lashes and slightly last longer, simply because the lashes “wrap” around the natural lash. At Azzura Lashspa each volume fan is handcrafted to optimize Eyelash Extensions that are long lasting and healthy .

Hybrid technique ( 50/ 50)

With this set we apply 50% of the natural lash with the classic technique (1:1) and 50% with the volume technique ( 2D-4D) . This look will give you a fuller look than Classic and allows texture and slightly density.

Avoid moisture as water, sauna and sweating for up to 24 h. That allows the adhesive to cure completely . Avoid using oil based products. No direct heat.

We highly recommend to cleanse lashes with a fluffy brush & lash cleanser. If make up is applied always remove makeup with oil free makeup remover, not with q-tip or cotton ball but with lint free paper towel or applicator and then wash them with cleaning foam / gel. Brush them daily (with clean mascara wand) to keep them untangled and stimulate blood flow. Do not pluck/ pull Eyelash extensions. If there a need for removal please schedule a removal and we will do so safely.

Schedule regular fills (2-3 weeks) to keep up with growth and fullness.

Most people go thru a natural lash shedding process that shed 2-5 lashes per day / eye. Most of our clients come in for 2-3 week fills to maintain fullness and re-application of new extension to the new growth and remove outgrown Lashes. Proper aftercare at home is essential for good retention.

Your artist will got thru all of Aftercare and all other questions at your complimentary consultation.

We consider our work as art and put in the time it needs for proper Application. Depending on your service it will aprox. Take - anywhere from 45 – 110 min for fill ins and for Full sets 2h -3,5h. ( depending which set- Classic , Hybrid or Volume)

If you are a new Client please arrive 15 min prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork.

Arrive make-up on your eyes.

Keep in mind that afterwards the adhesive needs to cure so shower, gym/yoga and swim and such before.

We highly recommend to skip caffeine before your appointment, as it tends to make people jittery/ eye twitching. You are encouraged to relax, listen to your favorite podcast or take advantage of downtime for a nap.

After your appointment we be happy to offer some delicious espresso/coffee/tea to continue your day.

We require at least 35 % fullness to be considered a fill. Otherwise a Full set is required (needs to be booked) . Also any Client that haven’t had an appointment in 4+ weeks from their last visit, needs to book a Full set.

Any Client from outside Salons/ with existing lashes on, please know that if Lashes are in tact and able to continue work on will be an outside fill ( via service/price list) otherwise we have to remove and schedule for a Full set.

Do NOT try to remove your Eyelash extensions yourself. We offer safe removal. Always choose a licensed professional to remove and cleanse your Eyelash extensions safely.

Allergies are very rare but can happen. If there are sensitivity to make up ,creams etc or allergies in general always request a free patch test prior to scheduling a service.
